James Quasey, President
Jim Quasey joined Vocollect Healthcare Systems (VHS) in April 2007 as president, after having served on its Board of Directors and gaining insight into the long-term care industry. Quasey’s expertise is in developing early-stage, high-growth technology companies, having overseen record growth at Respironics, FreeMarkets, and Vocollect. He joined Vocollect in 2002 and successfully scaled operations through 17 consecutive profitable quarters, while supporting revenue growth that tripled over four years. Quasey is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and serves on VHS’s board of directors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University, earned certification as a Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality, and holds a master’s degree in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
Jim Logan, Vice President, Products
For the past 25 years, Jim Logan has successfully led entrepreneurial product research, development and delivery for Westinghouse Research & Development, several successful startups, and at Vocollect. As vice president of products, Logan is utilizing his expertise in identifying and implementing new ways of working with AccuNurse customers, especially with new product applications for new markets or new strategic requirements. Logan holds seven patents and holds a BSEE from the University of Pittsburgh, an MSEE from Carnegie-Mellon, and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon’s Tepper School.
Don Lazzari, Vice President, Sales
Don Lazzari has spent the past two decades in sales and marketing roles in various high-tech companies, including Rockwell Automation, Systems Modeling, and Matthews International; where he served manufacturing, supply chain, and business process markets. Lazzari joined Vocollect in 2004 as director of marketing, where he drove demand generation, industry analysis, PR, commercial media, and channel marketing to new levels and as a result set company records for demand generation. In his current role as vice president of sales, Lazzari is responsible for all sales operations and business development. He has an undergraduate and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Jennifer Clement, Director, Marketing
For the past 15 years, Jennifer Clement has held a variety of marketing roles in product management, channel operations, OEM sales, e-business, and executive marketing at Johnson Controls and Rockwell Automation. Clement joined Vocollect in 2005, and created new commercial media programs at the corporate level. In her current role, Clement is responsible for all marketing operations for Vocollect Healthcare Systems. She has Lean Managers and Six-Sigma Champion Certifications, holds one patent, and has a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Marquette University.
