Best Practice Reviews

To make sure you’re maximizing the benefits of your system and taking advantage of the best practices of others, a VHS Professional Services Team Member will periodically review your whole implementation. You are entitled to the following onsite visits, scheduled at your convenience:

1) Within days of going live
2) Within 3 months
3) Within 12 months

During each visit, your Professional Services Team Member will conduct an evaluation to assess performance, identify issues, provide appropriate corrective action suggestions, and fine tune your system. You’ll get a written report on the findings and any recommendations to enhance your system’s performance.
